Lightweight and effective-feeling
Shared for NT16 11% Niacinamide + 5% Tranexamic Serum
The finish is really nice on this one. It doesn't leave that tight or greasy feeling some serums do, and my complexion has been looking clearer and more even. I've been reaching for it morning and night.
